Sheet metal stamping dies are designed and manufactured at our production area; our consultancy, backed by the experience of our operators, will make it possible to greatly increase wear resistance in stamping operations.
For special solutions in sheet metal stamping, Hard Metal punches and dies are used.
Our experience in turning is renowned throughout the pronvince of Caserta and Naples.    We have automatic and servo-assisted lathes that allow us to be cost-competitive and produce high-quality parts. We can also do machining of: drilling, edging, trimming, threading.
Machining is possible on the following materials:
  • iron,
  • aisi,
  • brass,
  • aluminum,
  • copper.
The milling we offer can be done on both steels and plastics through vertical milling.
We cut a wide range of materials and thicknesses with speed and precision without the need for manual adjustments. With zero set-up time, we also switch to tube processing.
Thanks to the wide range of automation modules, our machines are the right solution for both small batch production and more intensive production.
Laser cutting is one of our strengths, and therefore, in order to meet the market demands, we decided to increase the department with the new Bystronic Fiber laser, which allows us to work on larger surfaces, optimizing the use of material, and also to cut alloys and special materials (for example, copper, brass, etc.) with thicknesses up to 30mm.
The high technology of our machines makes it possible to have fast, precise and deformation-free sheet metal cutting.
Our highly 'advanced welding department is staffed by highly professional and experienced operators with the proper licenses.  
Therefore, we are able to guarantee high quality and perfection in welding., and meet more complex requests.
We perform mig and tig welding and advanced head to head BW and angle FW welding, on stainless, iron, steel , aluminum and special alloys.
Welding qualification corresponds to the UNI EN 9606-1:2017 specification.
